My "friend" Ben has dumped me as a buddy because he has a girlfriend. Neither of them are allowed to hang out with members of the opposite sex unless both of them are friends with this person, and it is done in a group activity fashion ( Read more... )

I guess. It's weird, like, when I knew Ben he seemed very trusting and sweet. I guess I was grossly mistaken.

Can't wait for the wedding, teehee~~~~~ IDK, I would not be surprised if they ended up staying together for awhile even if both of them are miserable. I'm sure Jesus factors into it somehow.

I had a friend like that. She's also had three kids and been married twice, and has convinced herself that she's happy, but you know, you can tell she isn't. Sweet girl, dumb as bricks though.

I see it lasting at least for a little while. Ben's a Jehovah's Witness, and kind of views the entire thing as... idk, a religious something or other. They'll probably be miserable with each other for awhile before she breaks it off.
