The sharks are amazing though, when you think of it, no? They've been around [in some form] for this long, and they are still one of the top predators in the world.

Something in me says that the boy who was bitten wasn't just randomly bitten. If they were where they said they were and innocently doing what they say they were doing, the shark shouldn't have attacked them, unprovoked. They had probably spilled blood or something.

Meh. And all of this retarded news coverage that keeps showing the Great Whites of South Afirca that jump out of the water sucks. 'Cause those sharks are SO FRICKIN COOL, it was some nasty little bull sharks up in the states. People need to get their pictures right. D;

Haha:P Can't agree with you there. Sharks are evil creatures and it would be better if they did not exist. I have a total phobia of them and do not wish to swim in waters where they live... which pretty much would ruin any vacation for me.

The kids were fishing on a sand bar. The water was up to their waist. I don't care who provokes who, I just don't like sharks:D

I'm thinking that they probably had spilled some dead fish [blood] or were maybe even trying to attract shark to their line. I just can't see a shark maliciously, and randomly, attacking someone waste deep without any provocation. Maybe just me thouhg. ^^;

I have watched shark week enough times to know that sharks DO randomly attack people sometimes. And sometimes provoking them only takes as much as swimming in deep water. OMG j00 R A SEAL! I BITE YOU! *grins*

*shudder* I know that every living thing has its place, but sharks are skeery and I would love to be able to swim and not have the nagging fear that there is one under me while I do so:P

We own a shitload of CDs. But I download too. Sometimes I download songs I have the CD of. Go figure. :P

Ohman. I have a boat load of CDs too:P Most are from back when I did not know about P2P and how easy it was to get music:D

And yeah, I do that too. Have the queen of the damned soundtrack on CD, but have all the songs downloaded to my compie:P
