Paintedspires: Halloween challenge!
The first challenge is the Halloween challenge (which will come as no surprise if you've seen the new comm layout already); Atlantis as haunted city! Vampires! Zombies!...ok, so that's all canon already, but hey, it just means nothing's too crazy for SGA :D We're absolutely fine with any kind of inspiration people get from the theme. No restrictions on genre/pairings/level of gore.
Posting dates are Oct 1-Oct 30, please do not post before or after these dates. On the 31st, we will make a master post of all the spooky submissions. Please refer to the Profile page for posting guidelines. Please note that all works must be posted on paintedspires only till the 31st, after which you may cross post anywhere you please. When posting, please use the "challenge: halloween" tag that has been used for this entry.
If you need hosting space for your images, Photobucket.com is an excellent option. If you need other help, please feel free to ask. We would also love it if you wanted to promote the challenge and/or the community, both the banner and the icon for this entry may be used.
Finally, we don't require signups as such, you may post at your leisure. However, it might be fun to see how many people are thinking of participating. Also, if you think you have an awesome idea/suggestion for a piece, given the broad nature of this particular challenge, please do share on this post. Maybe someone will get inspired :)
