I swear, I am not stalking tracking this comm, I just happen to check LJ whenever you update, apparently. ;)

Must be super exciting for the students and the staff! My uni served as location for several film projects, so I know that film crews can also be a hassle - blocked roads, lots of staring tourists, that sort of thing - but it's definitely cool when they do a period film and everyone's in costume and riding vintage bikes. Also, well-known actors right on one's turf!

I don't actually know if Glasgow uni looks anything like Harvard.

I bet. I'm super excited when we know Tom Hanks is in our area. Apparently he likes it in the Sierra Nevada's of California. I can't imagine what I'd feel if I know Sam and Cait were filming nearby me.

If you read the Twitter feed, Sam wasn't there lurking. He's off filming separately doing Culloden and after-Culloden stuff.
