Icons wise... I'm thinking between your Yggdrasil angel and huh icons, because the others are too "wth". They're too moment specific and probably not your regular, everyday, icon. The other one that looks good is the group - we're all mad here one. I could see that being a good default too.
Hope your ear feels better! I perfectly understand how it feels to be facing doctors who aren't helping and not listening.
