Likes & Dislikes Questions

1. What hobbies do you have? Fishing, cooking, pharmaceutical research and development ((read: DRUGS)), getting hopped up on hallucinogenic stimulants and going into the deep woods for a week to hunt game with a giant cat or wolf companion.

2. Who is your closest mundane friend? Describe them and how you relate to them. I...don't...really have any close friends anymore, aside from my lovers; but I've been making new friends here and there, where I can...!

3. Who is your worst mundane enemy? Describe them and why you don't get along. 95% of the population of Silvermoon City. It was home once but UGH, LIGHT, its heroes have left its walls. What remains is a cesspool of filth, self-pity, delusions, microscopic minds, and unwarranted self-importance. They make me ashamed of my nation and my people.

12. What type of places do you hang out in with your friends? The upper courtyard of the Undercity and out in Tirisfal Glades, mostly.

13. What annoys you more than anything else? Getting shot at.

14. What would be the perfect gift for you? An uncommon, alchemically-active plant I don't have.

15. What's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? Khaavren looking up at me, lying bare in the ferns of Feralas at dawn. The way the sun's first rays light his face in a glow of gold and green.

16. What time of day is your favorite? Pre-dawn, when the sun is just starting to brighten the sky.

17. What kind of weather is your favorite? Warm, with a little breeze and just enough cloud cover that it isn't dark but isn't glaringly bright.

18. What is your favorite food? What is your least favorite food? Favourite: Khaavren's tarts, especially when he makes them with skethyl honey. Least favourite: . . ........

19. What is your favorite drink? (Coffee, Coke, Juice, Beer, Wine, etc.) Cherry grog. Khaav's mead is catching up to that in a hurry though.

20. What's your favorite animal? Why? Wolves and spiders. My first companion when I took up hunting was a wolf- a surly white dog I called Nimor; he didn't really like anyone else (save this one priestess) but he and I clicked. Their hunting style suits me well, as does their somatic language. As for spiders? They eat vermin. I'm a botanist. This is also a no-brainer.

21. Do you have any pets? Do you want any pets? What kind? Too many to name off here.

22. What do you find most relaxing? (Not as in stress relief, but as something that actually calms you down.) A nicely-stuffed dreamfoil/purple lotus joint and a hot bath.

23. What habit that others have annoys you most? Chewing with their mouths open. It's positively appalling. I'll forgive Bane doing it. He's a WOLF for the Light's sake. Anyone who walks on two legs has no bleeding excuse.

24. What kind of things embarrass you? Why? Friends and associates acting like jackasses.

25. What don't you like about yourself? Many, many things.

26. How would you like to look? I'd kind of like to put on some more weight so at least my ribs won't show so much. Working on that.

Sex & Intimacy Questions

1. Would you consider yourself straight, gay, bi, or something else? Why? Gay as springtime, my dears. I've never been the least interested in women. Bring on the men!

2. Who was the first person you had sex with? When did it happen? What was it like? How well did it go? Thaldarian Summerlight, not long after my 70th birthday. He was very patient and gentle with me. It went very well indeed thank you.

3. Have you ever had a same-sex experience? Who with, what was it like, and how did it go? Ummmmm all of them? We really don't have time to list off all the men I've slept with nevermind that I couldn't tell you many of their names. It runs the gamut, okay?

8. Do you currently have a lover? What is their name, and what is your relationship like? What are they like? Why are you attracted to them? Khaavren Sunthorn and Kael'ash Amberwind. It's what you might call a whirlwind romance - but at the core it's built on friendship. They're...Light. To tell why I love them here, you might as well try to map all the stars in the sky on the palm of your hand.

9. What is the perfect romantic date? A picnic in an exotic, preferably tropical wooded location followed by things involving my leather designs, swiftthistle products, and the discretion to not go telling just anyone about what kept us out there until noon the next day.

10. Describe the perfect romantic partner for you. I did in #8.

11. Do you ever want to get married and have children? When do you see this happening? Married, NO. NO NO NO NO NO. I won't put us through that, I can't. Children, though...yes. I want to be a father someday, when these wars have finally settled down and we're no longer needed on the front.

12. What is more important - sex or intimacy? Why? Intimacy. I've had sex without intimacy aplenty. It's a hollow sort of pleasure.

13. What was your most recent relationship like? Who was it with? (Does not need to be sexual, merely romantic.) This is growing redundant.

14. What's the worst thing you've done to someone you loved? More than once growing up I wished my sister was dead. Now she is.
I know it isn't any fault of mine but...even as horrible as we were to each other, I can't forgive myself for that.

Drug & Alcohol Questions

1. How old were you when you first got drunk? What was the experience like? In my sixties I guess. I remember being very off-balance, is all.

Did anything good come out of it? Did anything bad come out of it? It made an otherwise-boring party rather amusing.

2. Do you drink on any kind of regular basis? Not every night, but now and then, yes. Certainly not as often as I used to.

3. What kind of alcohol do you prefer? Cherry grog. it doesn't taste like boiled vomit but will fuck you up in short order.

4. Have you ever tried any other kind of "mood altering" substance? Which one(s)? What did you think of each? Come now. Really. I'm a botanist and alchemist. What do you think? I grow and selectively breed numerous plant species specifically for this purpose. I'm quite fond of dreamfoil and use it in most of my blends. Purple lotus, ghost mushroom, nightmare vine, dreaming glory, bloodthistle, water poppies, and gromsblood are all excellent sources of various psychoative agents. Mild hallucinogens do tend to be my favourites.

5. What do you think of drugs and alcohol? Are there any people should not do? Why or why not? Dirty street drugs. Seriously, folks, if your dealer can't tell you the kind of soil used to grow which species of plants that were used to make what he's trying to sell you, don't put that shit in your system. Get your jollies from someone who knows what the fel they're doing.

Morality Questions

1. What one act in your past are you most ashamed of? What one act in your past are you most proud of? Only ONE? Gee it's a toss-up between engaging in cannibalism and killing a friend in cold blood. Thanks. I can't even think of anything I'm proud of in almost a hundred ten gods-bedamned years of life with that on my mind.

2. Have you ever been in an argument before? Over what, with who, and who won? That's a dumb question. Who hasn't been in an argument?

3. Have you ever been in a physical fight before? Over what, with who, and who won? On a daily basis. It's usually about whether or not all life on Azeroth should be extinguished, and so far I've been winning.

4. What do you feel most strongly about? That's also a dumb question. I'm bipolar, okay? What I feel most strongly about changes every five freaking minutes. I don't like this section.

5. What do you pretend to feel strongly about, just to impress people? Uh?

6. What trait do you find most admirable, and how often do you find it? Integrity. Seldom.

7. Is there anything you think should not be incorporated into the media or art (sex, violence, greed, etc.,)? If so, what and why, and if not, why not? Art is expression. If it isn't libelous or treasonous, why should that be suppressed?

8. Do you have any feelings in general that you are disturbed by? What are they? Why do they disturb you? Oh gee let's just list a few. I like hurting people, a lot. I like getting hurt, a lot. I enjoy provoking fear. I want to kill pretty much every draenei on Azeroth. I kinda want to lick the insides of Lark's eye sockets dear Light WHY

9. What is your religious view of things? What religion, if any, do you call your own? As surprising as this may be coming from a warlock I'm staunchly faithful to the Light. More specifically I follow Fr. Lesiarch's "heresy," the doctrine of Hallowed Twilight: I recognise that Light and Shadow are but two sides of the same coin, that both are present in every man's heart, and to deny either is folly.

10. Do you think the future is hopeful? Why? The Lich King is dead. The Burning Legion has been crippled. I fear open warfare between the Horde and Alliance is just around the corner, but we've surmounted seemingly-impossible odds already and in such a brief time...yes, I remain hopeful for the future.

11. Is an ounce of prevention really worth a pound of cure? Which is more valuable? Why do you feel this way? Another dumb question.

12. What's the worst thing that can be done to another person? Why? The complete corruption or corrosion of the soul. If I really have to explain that, then I just don't know what to tell you.

13. What's the worst thing you could actually do to someone you hated? Not grant them a swift death.

14. Are you a better leader or follower? Why do you think that? If you think the whole leader-follower archetype is a crock of shit, say so, and explain why? I'm a follower and I'm comfortable with that. I can give orders when I absolutely have to but even then it's more along the lines of finding a consensus and giving that to those following me. It's just the way of things.

15. What is your responsibility to the world, if any? Why do you think that? To make it a better place than it was when I entered it. The Light tells us that the purpose of sapient life is to improve life itself.

16. Do you think redemption is possible? If so, can anyone be redeemed, or are there only certain circumstances that can be? If not, why do you think nothing can redeem itself? I'd sure better hope so. If not I'm proper fucked.

17. Is it okay for you to cry? When was the last time you cried? Of course it's okay to cry. What kind of backwoods, murloc-brained knuckle-dragger would think it isn't? Last time I cried was the night Lark came back with Kae.

18. What do you think is wrong with MOST people, overall? Short-sightedness.

Miscellaneous Questions

1. What is the thing that has frightened you most? Do you think there is anything out there that's scarier than that? What do you think that would be? The idea that the Scourge might actually be more than the combined forces of the living can handle. That pretty much takes the cake.

2. Has anyone or anything you've ever cared about died? How did you feel about it? What happened? There was this little thing called the Third War. Perhaps you've heard of it?

3. What was the worst injury you've ever received? How did it happen? Well I've died a few times but given that I'm still walking around for now I guess those don't exactly count? Other than that it's a toss-up between getting stabbed in the gut and left to bleed out in the street (Murder Row is a well-named place) and getting my arm more or less julienned by Darthanant while I was taming her (nearly lost my thumb; when I came to it was only attached to my hand by a bit of skin).

4. How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish? A little in one place and I'm not telling where.

5. What is your current long term goal? The total subjugation and destruction of the Burning Legion.

6. What is your current short term goal? Getting a black or blue drake to let me saddle him. Or better yet one of those gorgeous twilight drakes...even if Zerathule, Wrasse, and Keilarku would likely kick up a fuss about it.

7. Do you have any bad habits? If so, what are they, and do you plan to get rid of them? I smoke in bed. Probably oughtn't do that, especially when I'm high. It might end in disaster one of these days.

8. What time period do you wish you had lived in? Why? (Looking at this as an attempt to change history doesn't count.) What appeals to you about this era? The time period just after the Troll Wars would have been a nice, peaceful time to live.

9. How private of a person are you? Why? Depends. Some elements of my life, such as my religious and political stances, are very much open, and I'm perfectly comfortable with people knowing whom I love. Most things, I don't really feel the need to offer up information unless specifically asked. Most people don't ask. That makes things easier.

10. If you were to gain an obscenely large sum of money (via an inheritance, a lawsuit, a lottery, or anything else) what would you do with it? Splurge just a little on a few luxuries here and there, and save the rest.

11. What do you do when you are bored? Sit around naked filling out silly surveys.

12. What is the most frightening potential handicap or disfigurement you can conceive of? What makes it so frightening? Losing my hands. I could get around not having eyes or hearing or a voice or even if I lost a leg, but there's not much I could really accomplish without hands.
