I still haven't seen any Star Wars films after the first three. Is it worth it? I was a Star Trek kid and we'd get into playground fights over that one.

I'm a fan of both, my parents are full on nerds. :) Wrath of Khan is still the best, but I have a soft spot for Voyage Home. We watched TNG every Saturday night. Ah the memories.

I'd say skip the prequels but definitely try TFA and TLJ. TFA is a lot of fun and TLJ does a great job of playing with the tropes/cliches. It's flawed in other ways (too long!) but they do change things up from the originals enough to keep it interesting.
