I got a bread maker with a setting to allow for gluten free dough option for xmas :) the reviews seem like it will overall help the texture and taste of GF bread (it has rising issues and other things since it's obviously not like normal bread). I also got lots of GF bread powders to use so I'm very excited to see if it comes out any differently
