1. There are moments, like Tuesday afternoons, when all the time between them and home stretches into eternity and she almost wishes for an anomaly to appear ahead of them.

2. It wasn't until they hit the starless void that she knew how damn empty space really was.

3."You do this for me now, here, and I'll never curse my replicator again."

4. "Harry, you'll never win at chess until you can see all the dimensions."

5. At first, she doesn't mind them because they can be conquered with sugar, but after twenty-one days of grapefruit, she wants to toss them all out the airlock.

OH thank you so much for these. These are absolutely delicious and I can picture each and every scene in my mind. You did so well with the prompts - it's almost like you could write Torres/Janeway in full story style.
