I LOVE HER.

I'm so happy she was able to come back her illness. I almost cry every time I watch her nationals FS because it's so touching for some reason T.T I like that she could go to the Olympics and have fun since she wasn't under the extreme pressure that Mao and Miki were. And her costumes are really nice too!

It's really so amazing how she came back. I was thinking of about how Maxwell is out for next season and it's just so rare for someone to come back like that. What a triumph. &hearts

It makes me tear up too. There's something so pure about her skating. And just seeing how happy Kanako and everyone is for her is so emotional.

I ♥ Akiko. She's so full of energy, passion, sunshine and shit :D

TBH I didn't know much about her before the last season and was a bit upset when Yukari lost her place on the Olympic team, but I felt so happy to see her skate so well in Vancouver.　It was such an emotional moment!

Ya, I was sad about Yukari, too. I am still sad about 2006! But it's impossible not to fall in love with Akiko a little.

There are so many supposedly flamenco influenced programs but her SP is one of the few that I've seen that actually has the FIRE and the ATTITUDE. Way to go, girl!
