Team Edward and Team Jacob were not the only talk of the town at the premiere of 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' on Thursday night in LA. Team Jake versus Team Vienna also recruited loyal followers. "Dancing with the Stars" cast mates had very different takes on Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi calling it quits.
It takes two to tango and pro dancer Mark Ballas is "not surprised" the pair are opting for solos. "Jake's really cool. Vienna's really cool. It's a difficult situation to be put into when your personal life is that exposed."
"DWTS" runner-up Evan Lysacek socialized with the then-on couple during the season. From his first-hand account, he perceived them as "very close. They were always holding hands or sitting next to each other, so they seemed like a very happy and functional couple."
An avid viewer of both "DWTS" and "The Bachelor," Jennifer Love Hewitt weighed in from fan's perspective. Knowing what it's like to go through a publicized romance and break-up, she told ET's Kevin Frazier, "I think it's sad any time two people who seem like they wanted to be together can't for whatever reasons and have to break up." However, she vocalized, "I'm definitely Team Jake."
("Functional," Evan? I'm not sure if I'd see that as a good thing... XD)

....The ripped Taylor melts ice skater Kristi Yamaguchi's heart. She blushed, "For romance's sake, Edward's just beyond reality. But, Jacob, I like the warmth and the whole muscle thing." Fellow Olympic champ Evan Lysacek got a little envious of her affection and she quickly responded, "There's nothing sexier than a man on skates," and chose Team Evan instead....

Evan Lysacek visits Lowell Elementary students
A TEACHER WON A CHANCE TO BRING EVAN FOR SHOW AND TELL DAY
HOW CUTE IS THAT?
WITI-TV, MILWAUKEE - Lowell Elementary's most recent visitor, U.S. Olympian Evan Lysacek, inspires more than striving figure skaters. Susie Schalk, a teacher at Lowell, won a contest sponsored by Coca Cola and Roundy's which brought Lysacek all the way from Illinois.
Since the winter games are over Lysacek has been busy with Stars on Ice, Dancing with the Stars, Make a Wish Foundation, the Ronald Macdonald House, and the Special Olympics. He finds time to visit elementary schools, and says "i've achieved so much, and this is my opportunity to explain to these kids that it is possible to do anything".
Instead of explaining how he got to where he is, he focuses on where the students want to go. He considers this part of the program his favorite, "especially when they're so pure and in elementary school. A lot of them are not jaded and they'll come right out and tell you they want to be a ballerina, a professional baseball player, and no one has told them they can't do anything".
