I'm on my phone, so I can't provide a link, but I read a report on DemocracyNow that alleged the fire was actually set by prison guards, and that similar fires were started a couple of years ago to kill gang members and combat overcrowding (or something to that affect). The report also said survivors of the fire were claiming they were put into lockdown during the fire and taunted by guards etc. Horrifying.
