It's meant to provoke us. Apparently, we are all too blinded by it and our "liberalness" to answer the true question at hand.

Go troll somewhere else, OP.

Czech Republic should've kept him.

Group question, Should an American Citizen be seized in a 3rd world country (o any one, for that matter) for thought-crime?

We've kidnapped and tortured citizens of other countries (including Canada) and no one seemed to care here.

It's no secret that denying the Holocaust is a crime in some European countries. He should've covered his own ass.

1) The Czech Repulic isn't a "Third-world nation". That's WAY off.

2) Do I think "thought crimes", such as denying a historical event such as the Holocaust, should be a crime? No. However, when someone like Duke travels to a nation that has decided for itself that it is a crime, do I think that person should be subject to the laws of that nation? YES.

I really don't pity this guy.

He should have read the Czech travel guide a little more closely.

Yeah, I agree. Certainly it's a heavy-handed law, but rather than go there and break it and bitch about it after the fact, why not push for legislation to change it?
