And how much would that have cost the state to pay for all that? Especially when anyone paying any attention or who puts any effort into it could find it out for themselves.
And as for the voters deadline, they are already being nice not making it 30 days out, day of registration is just horrible. You have months/years to register if you wait until the last moment that's all on you not the state.

You announced your presidential campaign April 30, 2015. The first primary was February, 2016.
At the very fucking latest, your staff should have been aware of the registration deadlines for each of the 50 states by December 2015, and been pestering independent voters accordingly.
Your caucus delegates should have all been thoroughly informed of the rules, even when those rules are painfully obvious.
Instead, they're crying "corruption" and "fraud" at pre-existing rules that don't favor them.
Also, do a better job of denouncing the death threats, this shit is seriously out of hand.

The GOP decided to close its primary, and thus California Voters had to be registered 'Republican' by May 23rd in order to receive a GOP ballot.
If you are a registered member of an Independent Party (Libertarian, Green Party, California Independents, etc), no partisan ballots for you. A non-partisan ballot that does not include Presidential Primary Candidates is available (legislature, judges, ballot propositions, etc), per Prop 10.
Where is the confusion?
