They aren't - this is a mixed bag promo for both 4x19 and 4x20. All of the New York and Finn/college stuff is from 4x20. 4x19 is based solely in Lima.

That's the most preposterous story line from RM & Co. I don't know about the rest of the world, but in what North American college can someone start a new semester/year after spring break? Talk about a gigantic clusterfuck of locations...
