I am looking to move into a place probably sometime next month. I...cannot afford my own place right now. So, I'm looking for:

• Age: 18-30 (preferably on the higher end of that scale, but I'm not picky); male or female, doesn't matter
• No smoking
• No children (sorry, I love kids, but I don't think I'm ready to

I might be interested in a roommate. I think I'm going to be staying, and I don't really want to live in the Five Seasons, but I do have Pigby. You know, my pig. Aaaaand, I'm a bit older than your highest end of the age scale. But, other than that I think I fit?

Pigby's cool as long as she isn't super messy. I heard pigs are pretty clean though and plus, how cool it is for me to be able to say I have a pig as a pet? Even if she's not mine lol

Psh, the age brackets are just an idea. Basically, I don't wanna be living with someone half my age or twice my age, but seriously you're over 30? No way, really?

In any case, I haven't heard anything from anyone else that's serious (cuz I think Connor's just messing around in any case) and I've already met you and like you so it works for me if you're actually into it! :)

George thinks she might be interested, but I haven't met her in person and she sounds way less enthused about living with us than just not living in the hotel so I don't know what to think or do. Would you rather just one roommate or should we meet her and take it from there...? Asking you because you got back to me first and my intention was originally just for one roomie. Plus, I can't make a decision on my own for a place that would belong to both of us.

I know the feeling. I'm starting to run low on cash (which totally blows) so now that I've got something for work, I figure I oughta pack up and move out then settle in elsewhere, seeing as how my family apparently doesn't exist anymore... Keep me posted. If Olive doesn't mind, maybe we can find a three bedroom? I don't know, I haven't looked at anything yet at all.

If you're still looking, we could actually use help setting up. The kitchen still needs to be stocked and the front could use another coat of paint. If you don't mind some physical labor before we actually open, I wouldn't mind the help.
