I have seen season one and I really liked it! It was so interesting. My only problem with it is that I'm not sure how accurate it is because I don't know much about polygamist families, especially if there are those who try to interact with normal society, so in that way it's hard for me to be able to relate with the characters. However, each of the wives breaks my heart in different ways, especially the first one (although the one in your icon makes me very sad, too!) I want to watch seasons 2 and 3! I wish it was on hulu.

Beautiful! Is that actually in Caen? If so, I want to go! Speaking of which, we should be able to be in Caen May 15-17 or so. Will that work out for you? *crosses fingers*

No, only the ugly classroom is in Caen! There are lovely beaches nearby, though, as you will see when you see the D-Day beaches. St. Malo is in Bretagne, about three hours away, and Rouen (with all of those pretty buildings) is also about three hours away by train. I will do everything I can to have an open schedule when you come-- shouldn't be difficult!
