Today I got to hold a baby duckling. Everything seems alright with the world.

In Japan, "typhoon" is the official word for "more rain." I swear, I've yet to see a typhoon that actually lived up to the fearsome image of the word that we've all grown up with... and yet, the Japanese all seem to delude themselves into thinking every typhoon DOES live up to that image. You'll see newscasters outside, acting all scared, saying, "YES! I am in the thick of the typhoon!"... and they'll just have their hair blowing around in a comfortable-looking fashion.

So no, you have nothing to worry about. (:

OMG I WANT A BABY DUCK.

but only if it remains young.. FOREVER. I can't wait till they invent that anti-aging ray for pets.
