They realy are trying to promote this idea, no kidding. Themselves though a thousand sq m properties and multiple properties. No problem. I see a trend with small and uncomfortable junk, i agree.
I don't totally want to reject the idea, as it seems superficially attractive on the background of rising prices for living space (rent or purchased property), but - I don't want to make the big conspiracy out of it. Little bit too much for me...
That's the big contradiction I see there. Promoting "small living space" for regular citizens, but the rich and the people of power, they still keep their villas, palaces and summer houses. WTF? When other people can keep sticking with big living spaces, so why should I praise small living space for myself to the skies? I'll put up with it as I have no choice, but telling myself how good it is to live in a shoe box? Barracks of living space? No, I don't get that. Living must be practically and not like I do a sports unit when only leaving the bed (Also, just to mention it: Small living space ain't nothing for people with physical handicaps.).
That what i meant exactly. And i agree about limitations. And even more if you look at the construction, it is junk not thought through like plumbing and insulation, heating etc
А как оно отапливается? Тоже кондеем? При теплопроводности ж/бетона толку от отопления/охлаждения мало. Там счет за электричество за год в стоимость такого жилья выйдет :)
У всего этого сооружения и так какая-то сомнительная конструкция. А как с пожарной безопасностью? Небось, варвары еще станут что-то готовить в этих просторных помещениях, так как кухни там нет, а есть что-то надо.
У меня идея лучше, делать жилье в виде гроба, что бы сразу можно было закопать...если из дома не вышел несколько дней, краном в катафалк и утилизировать)
А вот, кстати, буквально вчера читала статью про то, что в Англии, Австарлии, Ирландии и прочих последнее время широко практикуются "похороны паупера" времен викторанской Англии, то есть за счет государства- дешевая кремация и куда-нибудь в контейнере закопать. Для некоторых гроб- это непозволительная роскошь.
"Там многие вполне приличные люди, вроде учителей, медсестер и тому подобных живут в авто, потому что не могут позволить купить недвижимость." На это Вам могут возразить бронебойным аргументом: "А в Союзе они могли бы купить авто?" И должен признаться, крыть в ответ будет нечем. В СССР действительно не покупали авто для проживания)
