This was fun. I enjoyed seeing Minerva in her cat form. She would want to be top cat around the castle. Good for Malfoy standing up to the others to give her a chance, even shooting the hex at her, he was giving her the chance to get away. And I don't blame her for deciding to move showing the cat transformation to the first year. :)

That was lovely! It is quite a tight spot for a teacher to find herself in. I'm glad to see young Lucius shown in such a positive light- while keeping the bratty personality in. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks so much for this - I tried to make Lucius' as ambiguous as I could, but liking cats is such a good-guy trait (unless you're into James Bond, that is, *g*).

I don’t read much fanfic these days, but this piece was just irresistible. Such a tempting image of Minerva at the beginning. And wonderfully vivid descriptions of feline - and Slytherin - behaviour! Thank you for sharing.

This is wonderful. I do love cat!Minerva and seeing the animal traits and desires of an animagus creep into their human form, and you've captured cat behaviour perfectly here. I also love your wonderfully ambiguous Lucius. Hee, I wonder how the cats get along with the peacocks in later years? *g*
