Tonights dinner,

Freesh Greens salad with sliced strawberies and blackbearies, dressed with balsamic vinagrett.
Steames asparagus with parmesian cheese
and
Jerked catfish (I made the Jerk mix myself)

I mised cooking, glad to be back.

Brianna's strawberry vinaigrette would be awesome on a salad like that. I also really like putting a little fresh mint in fruity salads.
