after much inner turmoil and debate, i decided to scrap the zombie movie script. for now anyway. the whole apocalyptic/uber-plague/zombie theme has once again over-saturated itself as of late. i have no desire to compete with or add to it. i'll keep it on file though. the outline is complete. maybe i'll come back to it someday and write the script ( Read more... )

hey. let's work on a script together. I have some very interesting ideas. oh yeah, i lost your phone number, can I get that?

if you want to read more of my comic (i only put up unedited originals rather than the final versions because I read that even if you're not pushing for online distribution that publishing houses are terrified of picking up a property due to piracy. essentially they don't know how to control the flow with something that could have leaked online.) go to http://nader-mission.livejournal.com

plus i doubt the stuff that my friends will appreciate such as quirky humor, references, and borderline surrealism will make it onto paper.

oh here are some ideas:

forced relocation to mars (more serious)

mortal kombat themed family restaurant (kinda like waiting, but better.)

adaptation of invincible (the comic, if you haven't read it, SHAME ON YOU!)

college theater troupe comedy (thinking waiting for guffman/spinal tap)

Parallel universes drama that's meta (referencing real world people, kinda like bruce willis playing bruce willis in ocean 12) having to do with two versions of a character that in one universe became a writer who gets cancer, and the other goes into the air force the clincher is that the two events were tied to 9/11 (in one universe the person was horrified by US reaction that he turned away from his ideas of going into the air force. in the other universe 9/11 never happened, so he never became jaded. also their grandfather is a time traveling CIA agent from the 60's whose direct actions caused 9/11 to happen/not. could be more than one script, possibly series?

i come up with shit everyday. fortunately writing gives you ideas for frequently.
