I enjoy most MCU movies, but I'm starting to come to that point. I'm starting to avoid posts and trailers for these movies and I actually sighed in relief when I found out Ant-man was the last MCU movie for this year.

Saw Antman yesterday and really enjoyed it. Hope we get a sequel just to see Hope suit up as Wasp.

I loved it. It wasn't perfect, but it's still one of the best of the whole franchise imo. I think I was right about Marvel knowing it was a hard sell and putting their all into it.

I enjoyed it a LOT more than I thought I would. My sister didn't want to see it at all but she went with me and she liked it a lot too.

Hope was honestly one of the best Marvel women thus far. She was given a real character arc and emotional motivation.

As soon as she said "It's about damn time," (or whatever the exact phrasing was), I was at once thinking "Ugh, yes, get it!" but also "Shut the fuck up, Marvel, it's your own fault you haven't had a female-lead solo movie yet."
