It's like the Nic Cage movie, Knowing, only with a bratty kid and without Nic Cage's hair. No thx. It's going to get so sappy and cliche, I can feel it from the pilot episode.

I just stared at my mother the entire time; that ending where they put the dead girl's pictures up on the Jumbo tron? Like seriously? The guy sending an oven to some random kid in Beirut or wherever?

The only thing I appreciated was the chance to focus outside of the US and humanize people. I liked the subtle differences in behaviour for Japanese/Arabic characters, it felt natural.

I KNOW! The Cleveland show is, inarguably, the worst of Seth McFarlane's offerings. It makes no sense. I think it's because it's the show that McFarlane has the least creative input on, and you know what, that's kind of a good thing.

I know right. American Dad can get an honest laugh out of me about twice an episode, while the Cleveland Show can't even make me crack a smile.
