Well, the (alleged) strangulation happened the day before he ran away, which means the kid was walking around with (allegedly) visible bruises on him for at least a day and she was just posting on her social media as usual. She's terrible.

I just want to add to this, I know sentencing and time-served is really questionable here in Canada. I meant more in terms of CPS. I understand that reunification is the ultimate goal, I just don't understand how many felonies it takes between two people for the children to be removed or before they determine that the safety of the children is concerning
