This is a gross tactic. People who are being mistreated by an employer are real hesitant to speak up to the way they’ve been treated. Especially if your employer is a world famous superstar. Playing up the boss is sometimes the only way you can survive an abusive situation. This video does not negate the harm that was done to her.
