NCT's Lucas expected to resume activities
It's been nearly a year and a half since SM Entertainment suspended NCT member Lucas' activities and placed him on indefinite hiatus. Now, all signs point to his imminent return.
Fans were taken by surprise on Wednesday when SM CEO Chris Lee posted a pair of uncaptioned photos with the 24-year-old on Instagram. Soon after, Lucas posted a short dance practice video to his own Instagram account.
In August 2021, multiple women accused Lucas of-among other things-cheating, gaslighting, and sexual coercion, the same day that a new single by the idol and group member Hendery was scheduled for release. The idol expressed remorse over his "irresponsible" past behavior in a written statement.
