I watched the documentary last night and cried multiple times. Oof. It was heavier than I expected.

Just an FYI, if you’re like me and cancelled Apple TV + because Ted Lasso and Severance are on hiatus, Selena is giving 2 months of it for free. It’s how I was able to watch it lmao.

Thank you. I really wanted to watch this but I hate Apple/don't want to give them money so this is a help lol.

I hope she finds strength in sharing this, I think she seems to be in a healthy place to do so.

Was her bipolar disorder common knowledge? I don’t really follow her so I’m just curious if this is the first time she’s sharing the diagnosis or just speaking on the life stuff because of the diagnosis.

She mentioned it two years ago on Miley Syrus Instagram live

Yes, her BP was common knowledge for a while now. However, her psychosis episode/hearing voices was not.

Wait, motherhood??? when did she have a kid??😳

No. She discussed the possibility of motherhood:

She visited a friend who was trying to get pregnant and went home crying, since the drugs she takes for her bipolar disorder means that she likely won’t be able to carry her own children. Says “that’s a very big, big, present thing in my life”, but she’s convinced that “however I’m meant to have them, I will.”

No this is a case of ONTDer being bad at multitasking. I was focused on conversation and the title confused me.
