Shithead. You can't have it both ways, calling yourself a feminist and someone who works to support and prop up women while at the same time doing all of this. These two things are mutually exclusive. He knew exactly what he was doing and because of that it'll be very easy for people to excuse what he did.

Also, in a normal work environment, people would just take this straight to HR. His subordinates likely wouldn't want to fight him in person either. If handled right, HR would at least have the decency to protect whoever's filing the complaint.
