The QVC Advent Calendar costs $97 (now $84) and includes stuff like a single tablet of vitamin or 1 sachet of powdered mouth wash

I'm in an Aldi group on FB (lol, I know) and people are going crazy for these advent calendars that Aldi carries. I think one of them has wine, another chocolate? Idk. But they're like $30 and I just don't understand the appeal, especially since most products from the Aldi "aisle of shame" are just junk.

My mom was in Aldi 2 days after they came out and she wanted the cheese one but an employee told her they sold out of pretty much everything hours after they put them all out... Running to a grocery store just to buy an advent calendar is so weird to me lol

I saw in the flyer for either Aldi or Lidl that they had a tool advent calendar? Like you get different screwdrivers and such? It was also around 30-40€ but it must have been two weeks ago since I can't find a pic of it online anymore.

I hate having excess crap laying around (which is the main reason I hate buying from wishtrend because I really don’t need any more travel sizes anything) and never found the appeal of advent calendars that give you products

I got an advent calendar for about 80 bucks where every day is some new little trinket like a bracelet charm or necklace. Not bad for the price ngl.
