-Kathryn Hahn was set to star as Joan Rivers in 'The Comeback Girl' for Showtime.
-Between WB, Showtime, Greg Berlanti, no one thought to actually secure the rights to Joan Rivers life before announcing and ordering straight to series and thus the project is now DOA.
-They could still do the project but wouldnt be able to use any of Rivers actual jokes/catchphrases.
-Hahn was accused of 'Jewface' when she was cast as she was not Jewish like Joan Rivers.
-Melissa Rivers has not commented on the controversy or The Comeback Girl.
