Dear Hearts, a Halloween surprise!  Joey Batey (of The Witcher fame) and Madeleine Hyland have come together to bless us with their third album (and the second album they've released since we got season one of The Witcher...) and it's called Ruin.

I just found out about this band. As in, last week. I bought The Horror and the Wild on Bandcamp and I'm getting familiar with it.

I'm trying not to get too excited too early for season 2 of The Witcher so this is a nice diversion.

oh you're in for a treat! He writes all the music and plays most of the instruments on the album, he's crazy ass talented. He literally got the part on the Witcher because they needed a lute player and someone was like "I know a guy who plays the lute..."

I'm listening to them now, I like them although I definitely prefer their faster songs than the slow ones which I don't really like at all
