I am totally the demographic for this and think it's awesome (although I'm not ready to go to concerts yet).

Salt-n-Pepa and En Vogue are totally slept on nowadays. There's a lot of great music there for new audiences to discover. I highly recommend "Black's Magic" and "Funky Divas".

I saw En Vogue at a R&B festival a few years ago. Cindi did not sound...good. And I could not get into someone else singing Dawn and Maxine's parts. I need a Behind The Scenes/Unsung on them STAT. A few years ago the original members came together briefly and did a reality show that never aired. Just the trailer for it spilled some tea.

I think it'd be fun to go alone. it's just going to be a lot of late 30/40 somethings and the occasional annoyed CIS male
