Dylan O'Brien and Sarah Ramos reunite to reenact a scene from 1999's "Election"

Some of you may remember last year when Sarah Ramos and Dylan O'Brien reenacted a scene from The Social Network. This year they went back to the year 1999 to recreate a scene from Election, starring as Reese Witherspoon and Chris Klein.

lol irl!

I thought it was cute that Andrew via friend had it publicly stated that he enjoyed Dylan's take on his social network character when that video came out.

I love Election. Even though I find her and her acting annoying nowadays, Reese Witherspoon’s filmography in the 90s and early 00s was A+.

Also, the ending scene was perfection. I love the use of the unreliable narrator when the teacher was pretending he was this bigshot educator when he was just a tour guide.

can we talk about OVERNIGHT DELIVERY and how it's so much better than that fucking Road Trip movie and has the same plot, but also ageless vampires Reese and Paul Rudd in it, you can watch it and you can tell they're young, but it's... it's wild watching them because it could also be a week ago if you blur your eyes like a magic eye a little.

Todd Phillips is such a hack. All of his movies are just rip-offs of popular hits

Road Trip -> Overnight Delivery
Old School -> Animal House
Due Date -> Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Joker -> Taxi Driver / King of Comedy

I remember reading a Rihanna profile in Rolling Stone where they said she had watched Due Date 8 times.

This book and movie are why I won't fuck anyone while they're wearing socks. I can't do it. Scarred by them.

I also think this, Little Children and Mrs. Fletcher are all perfectly cast and idk who Tom Perrotta needs to thank for that, but it's someone.

Oh reese is a student, she is bending down in a car so none of her teachers neighbors can see her when he takes her to his house to have sex and I’ve conflated the book with the film now because she also narrates a lot so some of it is actual book text, I need to rewatch it.

Anyways so this happens in either or both of them; she sees his socks while he’s driving while her head is down and is like “I’m about to have sex with…. This fucking guy?” And then there’s a shot of his sad skinny middle aged man legs lol that disturbs me from it because I think one sock is slightly lower than the other, the elastic are all worn. A+ to wardrobe but also fuck you.

Plus she describes his “grey underpants” and I was just like again, A+ to the writing, Tom Perrotta, skeeved me out effectively as intended. But also fuck you. It made me feel Ill both watching and reading that scene.
