i was returning a book at the library yesterday and i legit picked this book up to read the summary on the back because i thought it was going to be about dogs. it wasn't, so i put it back lmfao.

I didn't care for it but it is beautiful and very different. And well written about so you can quickly find out if it's at a level you don't wish to experience.

Yeah it’s not an easy film. I studied it and remember my teacher making a dark joke about how it shows a woman’s pleasure at receiving cunnilingus so they probably needed to balance it out with an overt display of male sexual dominance to placate the studio executives.
