It's 2021, if his PR/family has been quiet for this long, he's fucked. This isn't heat exhaustion, this is a life-changing event his family is now wrapping their minds around and need privacy for. Ugh.

Yeah, my thought was something similar to Timothy Omundson's stroke. He's come a long, long way in his recovery but he's never going to be the same.
