i haven't watched this b/c i don't normally find Mindy Kaling's stuff funny.

however Maitreyi seems cool and the presence of Common intrigues me. I may have to give it a shot.

just finished the season, wow Devi is really not a very nice person lol. Interesting to watch sure... but I would not want to be friends with her if she were real.

Anyway Gigi's narration was pretty terrible, but she did not have much to work with anyway. Imagine being out-voice-acted by John MacEnroe though

I'm on episode 3 right now and ugh DEVI! She's a dumb teenager and despite her questionable choices, I enjoy her and her friends a lot. I actually like everyone (except Paxton). It's been great so far.

Also, Gigi Hadid's narration is down right AWFUL!

What I like about Devi's questionable choices is that they are realistically bad choices that a teenager would make. As an adult, I'm cringing at them but as a teenager, I might have made similarly bad decisions while freaking out.

I was fine with Chrissy Teigen not doing the Paxton voiceover but wasn't there anyone famous who could read and emote better than Gigi Hadid?

Changing my answer - both Paxton and Ben seem like douchebags. Devi is also a douchebag. So lololol to this teenage drama.
