Following up from the end-credits scene from episode 4, the other variants tell Loki that any one who is pruned by the TVA is sent to this void which has a cloud monster called Alioth that destroys anything in it's path. So there is no getting out of it, and the only thing they can do here is survive. They take Loki to their hideout bunker and tell Loki what the Nexus Event they caused. At the bunker Loki decides to kill Alioth. As he leaves the bunker, he is met with the president Loki variant and a brawl breaks out at the bunker. Loki escapes with Older (aka Classic) Loki, Kid Loki and Alligator Loki.
Meanwhile, at the TVA Sylvie demands from Renslayer to tell her the truth about who is behind the TVA. Renslayer tells Sylvie she is as much in the dark and also wants to find out the truth and suggest the trust each other and team up. She tells Slyvie about the void and says that she has a way to get Loki out of their, but she was only stalling and soon Sylvie is surrounded by MinuteMen. Sylvie grabs a TemPad and prunes herself to go to the void.
At the void, Sylvie is met up with Mobius. And soon meets up the Loki and the other variants. Sylvie thinks that the person incharge of the TVA is using Alioth as a guard dog and that she can enchant Alioth to get across. As Mobius takes the TemPad to go back to the TVA to tear it down. Loki and Sylvie both try to enchant Alioth, but the cloud monster is too much for them. Classic Loki builds an illusion of Asgard to distract Alioth and sacrifices himself, and Loki and Sylvie successfully enchant him. As the cloud breaks through, the episode ends.
