I never watched this but it seems up my alley! It doesn’t seem to be streaming anywhere. Maybe the library has the DVDs lmao

I loved this show and still have season one on DVD. Haven't watched in years though, kind of afraid of how it holds up.

I have both seasons and I will tell you aside from terrible slang and knowing Weatherly is a dickbag, it holds up relatively well. I think the post apocalyptic feel helps keep it from aging too badly

Still ship Max/Alec pretty hard, tbh. Definitely prefer season two.

I was so happy when Alec showed up, I loved Ben and felt so bad for him in his singular episode

Once again, Joss fucking Whedon is why we can't have nice things. I remember this show being really good, and I wish it had gotten a third season. The premise was fantastic. Also, Jessica Alba and Jensen Ackles had terrific chemistry in season 2, and ew, now I'm remembering that Jessica Alba and Michael Weatherly got engaged when she was like, 19, and there was a 12-13 year age difference between them. Ugh. Why are men?

...they should do a reboot now. Just saying.

I remember the writers going on TWoP and spilling a lot about what a baby he was, and how he was manipulating his relationship with Jessica to get more storyline focus for himself. He was so jealous of Jensen’s character that he would do petty stuff like openly count out who got more lines in a script, he even insisted that a pool game between them be changed so that his character would come out the winner instead of Alec

Ugh, what a fucking toad. He's always had that vibe, and I'm not even a little surprised, especially after the on-set allegations that came out about him on Bull.

Logan winning the pool game was beyond goofy. Max can calculate a winning bet mid roulette spin, but Alec can’t win pool??? lol Sure

This show was so bad and also I remember Jessica Alba married or almost married that 30 something co-star and she was just a teen
