also afaik, he didn’t delete any tweets, he just hasn’t tweeted this year. i waited for him to post something about the brit crew getting oscar noms and wins this year and nothing on twitter, but always active and celebrating for them on insta

Boyega hasn’t been active on Twitter since November 2020. He didn’t delete any tweets.

Every time John posted on Twitter, especially regarding Star Wars or BLM, he would face some form of harassment or even death threats

same here, at least he was still active on insta until recently. i can understand if he needs space or has been too busy to post anything, i do find it weird his blue tick has been removed, i know twitter has new bs rules where if you’re inactive you get it removed so that made me think all the “inactive” ones on twitter log in every now and again and he’s probably deleted the app

Yeah someone in one of those threads said Emilia Clarke hasn’t tweeted since 2013 (and I went to her profile and it is literally one tweet lol) and is still verified. If someone has only tweeted once eight years ago I find it hard to believe she’s logging in regularly!
