As someone who suffers from severe anxiety/depression...I feel for those that have to go through this shit.

BUT... this family can still go fucking die in a dumpster fire for the toxic anxiety and body shame people like her cause other women (especially young girls)

ive had an anxious af day today. ive taken so much of my anxiety meds just to feel like im not white-knuckling it. my biggest worries are things i can change, i just need to start implementing those changes. so thats a start!
