I'm so glad they brought back The Book of Shadows because Charmed isn't the same without it. I hope it slowly develops the weird quirks the original book had.
As for Phoebe's best relationship would've been Cole if the writers didn't fuck up his character so much. I think he had potential, he really loved her and he worked really hard to be good until Seer tricked him into becoming The Source. That C definitely stood for Cole and not Coop
It's so saddening that Julian asked to be written off of a show because he was tired of shitty storylines. Kudos to him for continuing to make special appearances though.
I just find the continued colorism in this show to make it almost unwatchable at times. They really had two light skinned Black people talking about how they have to be exceptional when they have never had any major reoccurring dark skinned characters. It is so fucking bizarre.

The writers seem more interested in everyone else that isnt TCO. Bringing in the secret cousin (how many secret family members do they need?) is just another character who takes away from the sisters.
Agree with ALL of this!!! And ya, that scene was weird to watch as a dark skinned woman. When Macy was confronting that woman she said something along the lines of you just wanted a person "Black enough" and I thought that was funny for a show that only casts people who are light and bright😒
