Gonna watch Things Seen & Heard if the reviews aren't godawful, and Golden Arm for Mary & Betsy.

Went to see Together Together earlier this week, and I loved it! The script was really good - looking forward to more films from Nikole Beckwith, who wrote and directed. Patti Harrison has always been a scene stealer and she's great in this, as is Ed Helms, and the supporting roles are so specific and hilarious - Julio Torres, Tig Notaro and Sufe Bradshaw are all so funny and perfectly cast.

We also watched Stowaway on Netflix, which I enjoyed despite it being a little less exciting than I was anticipating. I know some people here didn't like it, which I get, especially if you were expecting something different, but I think it was a solid watch. I was baffled by Toni Collette's Australian accent, like, "Wow, weird they are having her do this accent when it doesn't seem to be integral to the character" but then I googled and you know what??? She's Australian! lol

Gonna try to go see Shiva Baby tonight if time permits, and then Scott ( ... )

I watched “Quo Vadis, Aida?” after seeing the clip at the Oscars. It was great. Definitely not a subject I had know much about. It's on Hulu.

I absolutely hated Berlin Alexanderplatz when we had to read it in school, and I really hope they took out some of the violence against women and aged up Mieze.

I don't remember if her age was ever stated in the movie but she is definitely an adult, I think somewhere between 25-30, the actress playing her is almost 30 too.

Excited for Things Seen and Heard - I was told not to watch the trailer cause it seems spoiler-y?

Separation looks good and I enjoyed The Devil Inside minus that god awful ending. Can’t believe I saw it in theatres.
