So I'm not that familiar with the medical procedures that come with transitioning but is it really hard on the body? I'm sure it's very difficult, but Elliot looks like he is sick in the video. Idk maybe he always looks like that but do the medications and everything make you sick for a while or something?

From what I've read as well as heard from friends who have done it, FTM transition is a lot harder on the body physically than MTF. That said, Elliot is also going through a divorce and a fairly public transition and is probably having a tough time emotionally too :(

while it can be a bit of a drag on the body he shouldn't look like this because of T alone, especially not being on it for long (but the recent surgery, divorce, and coming out to the world tho... I imagine does so much to someone).

the recovery for top surgery is a month and it's a whole thing, draining the wounds and not really being able to move. after recovery maybe he's still recovering. looking back tho this kind of sick look isn't brand new for Elliot :(

transitioning is hard enough as a not famous person, being his level famous and doing it, I can't imagine the stress :(

I think they've started shooting the next season of TBA already, so I'd expect Elliott to have had his surgeries and treatments already, at least the most important ones.

I just hope being on set will keep him distracted enough.
