Fandango Managing Editor Erik Davis recently tweeted an updated North American movie release calendar for 2021 and 2022, also noting which movies have been pushed back from one year to another. With the recent success of Godzilla Vs. Kong at the box office, moviegoing seems to be recovering after suffering the effects of the COVID pandemic. Take

I’m mostly excited for my slashers... I’ve been waiting for Halloween Kills forever and I’m really hoping it’s as great as the test screenings were saying. I’m also low key hoping they move Scream to Christmas just because it’ll be the 25th anniversary of the original.

Also, I’m ridiculously excited for Escape Room 2. I legit loved the first one and I’m excited to see the story continue.

honestly there are movies i want to see but i’m pretty like shrug whatever about seeing them in theaters rn (after i’m vaccinated) which is weird bc i love going to the movies!! i just don’t feel passionate about like any media rn (except the third bnha movie lol, i can’t wait for that)

I did not know they were doing a Legally Blonde 3, wow.

I'm so looking forward to going back to theaters once I'm vaccinated. Def gonna be doing the early-morning shows to avoid crowds, but lbr I did that before the pandemic anyway cause I hate people. So ready for F9!!!
