Been listening to the new Brockhampton on repeat. NGL I wish it had more bangers but also I can really see why they didn't do that considering what happened with Joba and on that note poor guy, I hope he heals.

Joba’s father passed away last year. It was revealed earlier this year that his father died by suicide (there’s a Guardian article featuring an interview with BH that came out last week where he mentions his dad’s passing and the influence it had on his contributions to the album). The Light part 1 and part 2 discuss in depth Joba’s feelings about what happened.

Love Courtney Barnett and Sharon van Etten, so Courtney covering one of Sharon's songs is truly a treat. Cannot wait to see both of these ladies live at the first available opportunity. Sharon has a livestream next week, which I'll watch, but it's not the same.
