In a new interview with The Telegraph, Chris Hemsworth talks about family life during the pandemic, surfing, and his new style and career.

Due to the pandemic, production for Thor: Love & Thunder got pushed back. Hemsworth said that he was able to spend more time at home with his family and find new ways to train.

Hemsworth tells the Telegraph that he feels that his bodybuilding work is often overlooked or not taken seriously.

"There is an aesthetic that the role requires. Bodybuilding is seen as vanity, whereas if I gained a lot of weight that would harm my health or become skinny for a role, it would probably be called a serious actor.”

Hemsworth said that the 10 years he’s been training is a full time job. “...And then each day of filming has 12 hours - it's a real marathon.” Hemsworth says that it is rewarding and he feels that it is almost the same as what happens if you were a professional athlete.
