Most wines are already vegan, but some use animal byproducts to filter it so there isn’t shit floating around (which happens in most wines before they filter it)

Clean wine is BS but I don't think there's any scam in labelling a wine vegan if they don't use animal bone char in processing.

"clean" is weird and bullshit, "vegan" is not - many wines are fined with fish guts or egg white and this is not disclosed on the label. most wine companies put a lot shit in their wines to make is appear to be better or fit a taste profile that they cannot achieve with just the natural product.

Vegan wines are completely different. They don't use animal products to filter the wine. I wish wineries would disclose such ingredients but since it's not an actual product of the wine (i.e. grapes, etc), you have to research this shit to find out.

I think people mistake the terms of organic, green, bio-diverse etc...(which are all great things for a winery to be) as 'vegan' or 'clean'.
