i thought the rumor was that her record label pushed her into that nasally baby voice to really lean into the lolita schtick their nasty asses were pushing when britney premiered. her actual singing voice was much deeper

She's so talented. And it's so easy to look at young her and just picture her going to college, becoming a speech pathologist or whatever, and maybe singing in her church choir. And maybe she would have been so much happier.
