Especially since a few weeks ago Chris Distefano interviewed his trans aunt-in-law and she told them that the crazy ass dude was her neighbor, was in love with her and constantly told her he had to get out to finish the job and kill his grandmother.

This isn't a baffling case, but the murders of the Clutter family will always freak me out because, as the title goes, they were really killed in cold blood. You like to think that you'll be okay if you don't know "bad" people or get caught up in shady stuff, but that family was murdered for what, $60 or something?
The Toolbox Killers are up there too. I listened to the Serial Killers episode on them and talk about deranged human beings.

I've been taking a good long break from true crime for my mental health but the story that sticks out in my mind is the murder of Hae Min Lee. I haven't researched the case in a while but I am just not convinced Adnan was the one who did it and I don't think there's nearly enough evidence to prove that he did.
